Performing strongman style moves is very daunting but exiting - it is a real test if you did your homework in the gym. Lifting heavy balls to your shoulder, to a box, throw it over a yoke ... takes a lot coordination and a real willingness to suffer.
Parts of deadlift, squat, hip thrust, enourmous grip and hugging strength are all to be mastered to move big stones.
