am always on the lookout for ways to better help my athletes. one way I do this is by reading classic books. I must have over 100 of them now in our ATC library.


This small booklet from Bill Pearl days back to the 1950-s. Amazing how he looks. His program is straightforward - basic moves, eat plenty, keep doing it.


Today methods are a bit more refined- but there is still tbe real foundation of hard work ethic that radiates from his manual - which is the DNA of training to get strong
